1. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day you, or someone you have nominated (other than the carrier),
take physical possession of the goods.
2. How to cancel

You do not have to use a particular form — it is enough to send us a clear statement within the 14-day period.
3. What happens when you cancel
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges,
but not any extra costs arising from your choice of a faster delivery option.
We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to us.
4. Returning the goods
The goods must be returned within 14 days.
You are responsible for the cost of returning them.
5. Your responsibility
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods
resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
