When will I receive my order?

Our team processes your order, prepares the products and ships them as quickly as possible.
The average delivery time is 8–12 working days, depending on the destination country and local delivery services.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation and, where applicable, a tracking link.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver worldwide with no minimum order.
In most cases, delivery is free, with the exception of certain remote regions.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

My order is incomplete

If your order contains several products, they may be shipped
in separate parcels depending on stock availability.
Not to worry — the remaining products usually arrive shortly afterwards.

I haven’t received my order

A problem with your delivery — a delay, a lost or damaged parcel?

Our online shop, operated by AV SEO, LLC, is responsible for the safe arrival of your delivery.
We don’t pass the responsibility on to the courier — in the event of a confirmed problem, we’ll send
a new parcel free of charge.
