2. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed from the European countries to which
craftneedlepoint.co.uk ships its products.
By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms together with our
Privacy Policy and
Refund Policy.

3. Language of the contract and formation

In this version of the Website, the language of the contract is English.
The contract is formed when the customer, having reviewed the order details, clicks the button to confirm the order.

The order confirmation shown on screen or sent by email constitutes acceptance by the seller, namely
craftneedlepoint.co.uk.

4. Record-keeping

The order details and the version of the Terms of Sale in force at the relevant time are kept as a record for up to
10 years. The customer may request a copy of this information via our
Contact page.

5. Products and availability

Products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration only, and slight variations may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified without delay. They may choose:

• a full refund,
• a replacement product (where available),
• or a credit towards a future order.

6. Prices

All prices are shown inclusive of tax (VAT included) where applicable in the relevant country.
The price displayed at the time of ordering is the final amount payable.

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, standard delivery is free to all European countries we ship to.

Delivery times vary by country. As a rule, delivery takes
3–15 working days from dispatch.

8. Payment methods

Payment is taken when the order is confirmed, using one of the following payment methods:

• debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),
• available online payment services,
• other payment methods shown at checkout.

If payment is not accepted by the bank or payment service, the order cannot be confirmed.

9. Retention of title

The products remain the property of the seller until payment has been made in full.
Risk (loss or damage) passes to the customer at the point the product is received.

10. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within
14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

To cancel, the customer may:

• use the form on our Contact page, or
• send an email to contact@craftneedlepoint.co.uk.

It is enough to send the notice before the 14-day period expires.

11. Effects of cancellation and returns

Where an order is cancelled, the seller will refund all payments within
14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.

The refund may be withheld until the product has been received back, or until the customer provides proof that it has been sent.

The customer must return the product within 14 days of giving notice of cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

12. Faulty goods and complaints

If the customer finds that a product is faulty or damaged, or that the wrong product has been delivered,
they should get in touch as soon as possible, attaching photos where possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• a replacement of the product,
• a partial or full refund,
• or another reasonable solution.

13. Limitation of liability

The seller is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses such as loss of data,
loss of business or business interruption.
Where permitted, the seller’s maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order.

14. Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Intellectual property

The content of the Website (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of the seller or its partners.
Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

16. Changes to these terms

The seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
The version in force at the time the order is placed applies to that order.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

Unless the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise,
these terms are governed by the law of the seller’s home country.
We will always aim to resolve any dispute with our customer service team in the first instance.
